I’m a project manager who leads with connection, curiosity, and a genuine interest in meeting people where they are. I value the relationships I build with my teams, stakeholders, and vendors, and I understand that everyone brings their own perspective, communication style, and lived experience to the table. I work hard to create an inclusive, collaborative environment where people feel heard, supported, and able to do their best work. By listening actively, empathizing, and offering clear direction, I aim to build trust, strengthen alignment, and keep projects moving forward in a way that feels grounded.
 
Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m creating, either by journaling, painting, writing poetry, or trying new crafts. I love being outdoors and staying active, whether that’s rock climbing, running, or just spending time in the sun. Good food with good friends is one of my favorite ways to unwind, and I’m always looking for new places to explore and enjoy!
