I believe the best work happens when people feel supported, heard, and clear on where they are going. That is what I try to create everywhere I show up.

I spent the last 8 years building the operational foundation for a national live entertainment company, partnering directly with C-suite leadership to set strategic priorities, align cross-functional teams, and deliver complex programs from idea through execution. From multi-million dollar venue openings and national technology rollouts to company-wide merchandise programs and annual strategic planning cycles, I bring structure and clarity to complexity and genuine care to the people I work alongside.

I am currently based in Copenhagen, where my Danish partner lives, and actively building my life and career here. I am drawn to meaningful work, companies with a real mission, and teams that believe how you do the work matters as much as what you deliver.

Outside of work I am drawn to anything creative, whether that is painting, writing, or picking up something new I have never tried before. I love being outdoors, staying active through rock climbing and running, and soaking up everything Copenhagen has to offer. Good food with good friends is one of my favorite ways to recharge and I am always looking for new places to explore, especially now that I have a whole new city to discover!
